Tim Handren is the President and COO of CSG. He has over 25 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industries. With over 20 years at USAA, Tim is the former Chief Operating Officer and was responsible for strategic and operational planning; process engineering and continuous improvement programs; project governance, management and execution; Information Technology and IT Security; call center planning and fraud management.
